Incase you're dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, we'll gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced merchandise that is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us at hello@habbits.in and return the products to our address. However, postage are going to be charged at actuals. Please note, we don't offer refunds on Habbits toothbrushes.

Our consumable products like toothpastes and mouthwashes once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to personal hygiene challenges. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refund on opened or used products. In exceptional cases, we may issue a gift card.

We will not be responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
